About
I’m a product leader and software engineer drawn to the parts of a market where the honest answer is still “that can’t be done yet.” Today I’m Chief Product Officer and part of the executive team at MiNDNET E-Health, where I own product, architecture and delivery and lead the teams building something that didn’t exist a few years ago: regulated medicine you can prescribe that happens to be software — treatments that reach patients a pill or a waiting list never could.
It’s the same thing I’ve done for fifteen years in financial technology, in senior product and technology roles. I helped give Switzerland its first mobile payments with Paymit and TWINT — now used by millions — and built the country’s first standardised open-banking platform at SIX, infrastructure that didn’t exist until someone decided it should. At Bitcoin Suisse I brought a new core-banking platform to Switzerland’s largest crypto broker; at Banxware I built embedded lending across Europe. Earlier: strategy at BCG, co-founding the payments startup Klimpr, and lecturing on disruptive business models at Frankfurt School. I studied computer science at ETH Zürich.
The constant is a bias against the status quo, backed by the discipline to ship. I’m most useful where the map runs out — where the category is new, the playbook unwritten, and the job is to decide what should exist, build it, and lead the team that makes it real.

How I think
“That’s how it’s done” is where I start looking, not where I stop. Most defaults are just decisions nobody has revisited.
Engineering and strategy were never separate jobs. I do both, and what gets built is better for it.
I lead by giving strong people a hard problem and the room to own it — then staying close enough to help when it counts.
AI just moved the ceiling on what a small team can build. I’d rather redraw the plan than defend the old one.
Vision is cheap until it ships. The point was always to make the new thing real.
